For all of our water based activities, you will need to be able to swim 20m unaided. In addition, EVERY participant must wear a Sanook Park life jacket at all times, near and on the water.

Whilst most of the time here in Thailand, we are blessed with excellent weather, that is not always the case.
For all water based activities, Bungy Jumping and the Human Slingshot, if there is a Thunderstorm within 5km of us, then the bell will ring and all participants must leave the water until the storm has passed.

During light rain, all activities will carry on as normal. If you are playing Paintball though, please expect to get muddy (we do provide protective clothing but not footwear)

For the aquapark we have a maximum weight of 100kg, For Bungy Jumping, you must be between 40kg and 120Kg and for the Human Slingshot between 40kg and 100kg

For the aquapark, you need to be able to physically pull yourself up onto the inflatables. For all activities, you will be asked to sign a medical waiver for any preexisting medical conditions.

For the aquapark, we accept guests over 7 years old, for our 7 & 8 year old’s there must be an adult accompanying them (we provide this for birthday parties)
For Scuba diving, the minimum age (as set by PADI is 8 years old for bubble maker and certification 10 years old)
Paintball can be painful and we suggest a minimum age of 10 years old.

Where possible, we have tried to ensure there are no steps and toilets and showers are wheelchair friendly. By the very nature of our activities, some attractions will not be available to wheelchair bound guests. Please contact us and we can help.

When participating in activities, guests are not required to wear masks, indeed on the aquapark, we require guests to not wear masks, but maintain social distancing.
At all other times, we do ask our guests to wear masks to respect staff and other guests.
When the vaccine is available, we are committed to 100% of our staff receiving vaccination to keep you and them safe.

Yes. Parts of the lake are up to 12m deep and the average depth of the lake is 5m.

There are no fish in the lake. Indeed the water is controlled and treated to ensure it is clean and pathogen free.

No. We have a full restaurant and bar onsite and do not allow any outside food and drink. We do hope that you appreciate that we have tried to keep the prices of our activities and food as reasonable as possible.

You are very welcome to take any photos and videos that you wish, in fact we positively encourage it. However, we do not allow cameras, selfie sticks (or any other sharp objects) on the aqua park due to the risk of personal injury.

For Paintball, you will need to wear trainers or shoes that you don’t mind getting muddy.
For the aqua park and bubble football we suggest either bare feet or velcro socks (items can get hot in the sun here)
In keeping with our family friendly environment, we ask that modest swimwear and strictly no street clothes for all water based activities.

It really helps us and you if we know you are coming. You can pay on arrival by card, cash or bank transfer.
We will always try to serve our walk in guests of course, but we do sometimes close activities for maintenance, have private sessions and limited capacity.
